This forum is currently what I am using for bug reporting, but feel free to post ideas or suggestions as well.
If filling out a bug report post, first check to see that an identical one doesn't already exist.
If you have a unique bug, tag it as "Bug Report" and supply the following info:
Operating System
System Resolution with Zoom percentage
App version used
Age of Empires version used (HD Edition, Voobly etc with version number)
Optionally other relevant information like map size attempted with a short description of what you did.
